  • Understand AI's potential and risks

  • Advocate effectively on AI issues

  • Lead change in AI governance and cooperation

  • Collaborate internationally

Who is this for? Relevant:

  • Civil servants and government officials

  • Tech and Diplomatic advisors

  • Academia and Civil Society

  • Media professionals

This cohort primarily accepts applicants from Nigeria, and the program will run from March 10, 2025, to April 11, 2025. Over the 4 weeks, you will have the unique opportunity to connect with other participants, program facilitators, and brilliant field experts to discuss topics and share ideas. From week 1 to 3, you will read about a new topic and meet with other program participants to discuss what you have read, guided by a facilitator and guest expert speaker to provide more insight on the topic of discussion.

The final week of the program will be an In-person workshop in Abuja. The two-day workshop focuses on helping participants apply their three-week learning into practice and supporting them in developing their future roadmaps for continuous, impactful engagement and collaboration on AI policy and governance. The first three weeks of the program will be online, primarily via Zoom.

A one-time stipend will be provided to cover the successful applicant's travel and internet expenses.

🕗 The application deadline is February 22, 2025.
